Volunteer Needed for Videotaping Presentations

The Beech Street Center has requested coverage for their upcoming presentations. Any volunteer interested in gaining more experience in field production is encouraged to sign up to videotape any of these presentations. All presentations will be covered with a single camera operated by one volunteer. No prior experience is necessary. BMC staff will provide training and assistance. The following presentations are in need of coverage:

“PERSONALIZED MEDICATION SAFETY” – A workshop led by a licensed pharmacist and pharmacy students, which will cover medication safety and timing, common drug interactions, side effects and where to find reliable drug information online. This event will take place on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 1:15 PM at the Beech Street Center at 266 Beech Street. Volunteer should arrive an hour early for setup.

“AVOIDING CONTRACTOR FRAUD” – Officer Strassman of Belmont Police Department will present tips on avoiding contractor fraud. This event will take place on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 1:15 PM at the Beech Street Center at 266 Beech Street. Volunteer should arrive an hour early for setup.

“TAX FRAUD AND IRS COMMUNICATIONS” – Lieutenant Kristin Daley of Belmont Police Department will present tips on avoiding tax fraud and will discuss IRS communications. This event will take place on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 1:15 PM at the Beech Street Center at 266 Beech Street. Volunteer should arrive an hour early for setup.
