7:54 p.m.: A Belmont resident who rents a single-family home said her landlord constantly shows up to the residence with little to no notice to retrieve items in the basement since she moved in in January 2025. He keeps personal belongings and furniture in the basement covered with a tarp. He uses a side door to access both the basement and residence with a key lockbox. She informed him 11 times via email she needs a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when he needs to enter the home, but he has not abided by this request. She believes her landlord is being vindictive due to an incident that happened in May when a fire alarm was sounding, and the fire department arrived and found issues with the boiler and a carbon monoxide leak. The landlord was ordered by the Health Department to fix the boiler. This morning, her son informed her the landlord and some other individuals were knocking on the door. The landlord texted her that relatives are at the residence to pick up furniture. They eventually left the property without entering. She decided to contact the police to see if she could file a 258E complaint for protection from harassment. The judge denied the request. She was advised to contact the police if the landlord returns. She said she would continue to document and contact her housing attorney.

He contacted UPS and was told his tracking number was the same for a delivery between ADI Global and Alden Lock. He believes the tracking number was stolen and used for multiple deliveries.
