Dr. Kelly's Science for the Public's 6/21/11 Public Science Lectures presentation was all about the many new advances in the wide field of prosthetics. Here, Dr. Kelly presents a personal side: what drew him into this field; his approach to training grad students in such a complex field; the delights and the challenges of this work.
