(A SftPublic collaboration with The Friends of the Robbins Library: a science lecture in memory of their colleague, Andy Ananthakrishnan.) Lecture by Richard Primack, Professor of Biology, Boston University, international authority on conservation, and author of several major textbooks on conservation. Dr. Primack discusses the remarkable climate records maintained for centuries by Massachusetts farmers, and just how the warming climate is affecting flora and fauna in the Northeast. Dr. Primack's Concord project is considered a major contribution to the science of climate change.
