Tech Tip 4/16/14 - Remember those back-up records.

With some reccuring issues with the hard drive recorder in Studio A (I am in contact with the vendor and research for solutions are being done), I thought that I would take this oppotunity to remind everyone about the importance of backup recordings.

Studio A has a high-end professional blu-ray DVD burner in the console as a back-up recorder so it is very easy to create a backup in the studio. 

Another benefit of the blu-ray backup is that you now have a high quality physical achive of your studio program, so when the hard drives are erased you still have a copy of your show/footage in a physical form that you can go back to if you ever need to.

Remember those backups!!!
