5/20/11: Secretary of Elder Affairs for Mass. talks with Deborah Banda, Director of the Massachusetts State Office of AARP, and Mildred Asano, Research and Data Analyst for the Executive Office of Elder Affairs about the changing nature of the "baby-boomer" demographic profile. The show also features a clip of Tom Clasby, Director of the Quincy Council on Aging will describe the process by which he, his staff and board dealt with and continue to plan for the changing demographics.
