Tribute to Belmont's Richard Betts (1927 - 2016)

In tribute to Belmont's foremost historian Richard Betts (1927 - 2016), BMC would like to offer "The Streets of Belmont", a presentation given by Mr. Betts 20 years ago in 1996. Betts wrote a book about the origins of Belmont's street names as well.
