Copies can be made in DVD or VHS videotape. All dubs are $20 per copy. If you are a current member of the Belmont Media Center, copies are only $10 a piece. DUB REQUEST FORM If you are interested in producing a program/video or covering a comnmunity event using BMC equipment & facilities, please fill out a Program Proposal Form and send it in, drop it off or email it to BMC. PROGRAM PROPOSAL FORM To reserve studio time, reserve time on an editing bay, or check out portable equipment, you can download a reservation form and mail it, drop it off or email it 48 hours in advance of your reservation time/date. Although we try to honor all requests on a first-come, first-served non-discriminatory basis, BMC cannot guarantee reservations made with less than 48 hours notice. EQUIPMENT/FACILITIES REQUEST FORM To submit a finished video (regardless of where the program/video was produced) on DVD or S-VHS/VHS tape format, please fill out a Program Submission form LOCAL PROGRAM CONTRACT If you have a program that you'd like to see aired on one of the BMC local channels, please download and fill out the form blow and submit it with the program to BMC, and we'll air it on BMC.
