Job Opportunity at BMC

Jobs @ BMC

That's right, BMC is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the full-time position as our
Government & News Producer.

Some local residents may remember that long-time Belmont resident, piano player, raconteur, singer and actor, Paul Carey covered many, many public meetings and events for BMC over the last several years. Paul recently retired to live the high life in Hingham. We miss him very much and wish him only the very best. Paul continues to advise us in all matters relating to our TV coverage of local government.

We recently created the new position of Government & News Producer and are now actively seeking qualified candidates for the job. We'd love to have someone who will follow in Paul's footsteps, but who is also interested in expanding our reach, help inform residents, spark citizen engagement and participation in local government, schools and public affairs and community events.

While it's not a requirement that job applicants live in the Town of Belmont, we certainly encourage qualified local residents to apply and/or pass along the job announcement HERE to anyone who might be interested.
